Fractional design recruiting & early team culture

I first met Matthew Smith, cofounder of Bunsen Studio, before it launched. He sought my executive coaching during a careful transition out of one leadership role and into the next. In the process, he engaged my recruiting practice and activated my network to source early hires for his design business: designers, strategists, copywriters, storytellers, and project managers. Not only did I advocate for candidates that delivered, we also spun up some cultural and team-building practices in the process.
