Career Clarity Days

A weekend intensive to help UX designers and all manner of creative practitioners get clear on their next career move — and learn to tell that story with confidence to colleagues, connections, and hiring managers.

Co-facilitated with Jen Dionisio (career transformation coach and Director of Coaching Programs at Active Voice) and Margo Stern (staff content designer and author of Good Job: Designing Interviews and Interviewing in Design).

My session, Pitch with Purpose, closed out the weekend. I helped participants convert their career clarity into usable real job-search materials (case studies, portfolio assets) with the knowledge how each asset unlocks the next stage of the interview process.
